Verwendungshinweise

Verzehrsempfehlung: Täglich 1/2 - 1 Tablette mit ausreichend Flüssigkeit verzehren. Bei erhöhtem Magnesiumbedarf z.B. durch starke körperliche Belastung im Beruf und beim Sport und in Verbindung mit einer magnesiumarmen Ernährung, 1 Tablette verzehren. Zur Nahrungsergänzung lediglich 1/2 Tablette verzehren. Die empfohlene tägliche Verzehrsmenge darf nicht überschritten werden. Es kann eine leicht abführende Wirkung auftreten. Keine weiteren magnesiumhaltigen Präparate zusätzlich einnehmen.
