These balloons are self-inflating when using air .It means you can inflate the balloon yourself by using a straw or an air pump as stated below:

1. Gather the straw and the balloon.

2. Slowly insert the straw into the inflation tab/valve.

3. Hold the balloon tab on its side and blow air into the straw slowly.

4. Once inflated, remove the straw and pinch the seal to prevent air from exiting.

For Helium inflation we strongly recommend to use the help from a professional shop.
