Shipping

1. We ship Worldwide.

2. Items will be usually shipped within 2 business days on payment received.

3. We use UkrPoshta (Ukranian Post) for all our International  deliveries. Once your package passes through customs it will be delivered by your local post office.

4. The usual time for a parcel to arrive at its address is 24 business  days, but usually it arrives much earlier. Sometimes it can take longer up to 8 weeks.

 

Delivery time lasts approx.

1) United States & Canada up to 20 business days.

2) Europe: up to 21-24 (except Germany and Italy, delivery time can take up to 1 month)

3) Other countries: not more than 30 business days.

Asia & Australia: the delivery can take up to 2 months, but  usually it arrives much earlier.

 

We appreciate your patience if you haven't received items in 30  days may need more patience by reason of the local delivery system  and/or customs. If you are concerned in any way, please feel free to  contact us via ebay message instead of leaving negative/neutral  feedback or opening a dispute. We will make every effort to fix any problem.

 

Returns

We guarantee you complete satisfaction with all our high quality products.

If you receive an item you did not order, or if an item you ordered is received damaged or defective, we will refund you the price you paid for it or replace it with identical one.

The item should come to the above address within 30 days after you received it. 

After 30 days we will no longer be responsible and the item  won't be taken back.

Item for returning must have the original tags and packing, otherwise it won't be accepted.
