We use the latest digital designing software available to create and or take designs from our stickers. to JPEG?s to our laser engraver! Once completed and analysed by our team with 100% satisfaction, it is then time engrave and cut! This process is down to millimetre accuracy. Some of our keychains take up to 15 minutes to engrave and cut! Once dusted and left to rest for a period of time, it is off to a second batch of cleaning. Once satisfied of 99.99% of impurities are removed, it is then coated in the highest quality outdoor clear coat for our wood! And left to dry for a minimum of 24 hours, a bare minimum of 3 coats to completely seal the wood is undergone before being sealed and sent off to our lucky customers free of charge!
