How to use:

• As a Multi-functional Cleaner for Washing Clothes with warm water, put 4-6 lerak (removed from their shells) into a nut milk or cotton bag with a drawstring.
• Tie it. Put it along with the laundry in the washing machine. Remove when the clothes are ready for rinsing/drying.
• Hang the lerak bag and reuse it about 3-4 times or until the foam released is minimal/the lerak becomes crushed, or the lerak color becomes brighter.

- Washing Clothes with cold water, put 4-6 lerak seeds (removed from their shells) into cotton bag with a drawstring.
- Tie it. Put it in a bowl with 1 cup of hot water, soak/steep for 5-10 minutes.
- Add the lerak liquid along with the lerak bag and laundry into the washing machine. Remove when the clothes are ready for rinsing/drying.
- Hang the lerak bag and reuse it about 3-4 times or until the foam released is minimal/the lerak becomes crushed, or the lerak color becomes brighter.
- Handwashing, put 4-6 lerak (removed from their shells) into cotton bag with a drawstring. Tie it. Put it in a bowl with 1 cup of hot water, soak/steep for 5-10 minutes. Add the lerak liquid along with the lerak bag into the laundry soak (about 10kg of laundry).
- Remove when the clothes are ready for rinsing/drying.
-Hang the lerak bag and reuse it about 3-4 times or until the foam released is minimal/the lerak becomes crushed, or the lerak color becomes brighter.

* To make it into a liquid detergent/all-in-one cleaner, take 250 grams of lerak without seeds, boil with 1.5 liters of water for 15-30 minutes over low heat until foam appears.
* Store in the refrigerator if rarely used or transfer to a container and use every day for any cleaning purpose.
* Can be enhanced with essential oils as a fragrance, such as lemongrass, citronella, lavender.
