JOURNEY women’s 2XL tee Evolution 1979 throwback T shirt tie-dye XXL retro
This is a previously-owned, women’s-double-extra-large (2XL / XXL), purple, tie-dye T-shirt with “Journey / ’79 Tour” printed on the front. It measures approximately 25 inches (from underarm seam to underarm seam), about 31 inches from back collar to bottom, and is in fair condition, as one of the metal eyelets is missing on the front – see picture (Journey brand, 100% cotton).
Journey is an American rock band formed in San Francisco, California in 1973, which has sold more than 100 million albums. The band has gone through several phases since its inception by former members of Santana, but the band’s greatest commercial success came in the late 1970s through the early 1980s with a series of power ballads and songs such as “Don’t Stop Believing,” “Any Way You Want It,” “Faithfully,” “Open Arms,” “Separate Ways,” and “Wheel in the Sky.” This shirt is a replica reprint of the ones sold in support of 1979’s “Evolution” tour (with the classic line-up featuring Steve Perry)…
