The white color you see in the picture is just the paper backing which is discarded before application.
Comes covered in clear application transfer tape which is removed after application.
Will adhere to any clean, dry, smooth surface.
Installation Tips:
The
top layer of the decal stripe is the application transfer tape
(transparent film). The middle layer is the vinyl decal. The adhesive
side of the vinyl faces downward. The bottom layer is the backing paper.
