A low temperature thermostat will significantly decrease engine temperatures which can be beneficial for highly modified engines or cars driven in hotter climates or a track environment. The lower opening temperature will promote superior cooling efficiency throughout the motor and maintain a lower operating temperature. Includes thermostat seal.
This thermostat will start to open at 60°C and reach fully open at 72°C
OEM: Opening temp 78°C / Full open temp 90°C.
ULTRACOOL: Opening temp 60°C / Full open temp 72°C.
