Returns of goods without prior authorization from the company will not be accepted for credit and will remain the sole risk and responsibility of the customer. Goods that are accepted for return will be subject to a 15% handling charge.
Returned items must be in their original packaging, with no marks on the product or packaging. Opened or damaged packaging will not be accepted for return.
