Every item (except for items with a condition listed as New) have/has been tested and/or used prior to shipment. I make every effort to ship your item the day after it is paid for. Items paid for after 6 a.m. EST will ship the following business day. Items paid for after 6 a.m. EST on Friday will ship on Monday.

Software and video games can be returned for a full refund of purchase price within 30 days of purchase. Returned software or video games that are activated, used, damaged or missing parts will incur up to a 100% restocking fee.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Please note this is not business days -- returns may be requested on weekends/holidays. Returns must be shipped back no later than 20 days after delivery. Items returned for the following reasons:  Ordered by mistake, changed mind, didn't fit, not as expected, no longer needed, better price available, and items returned after the return period has expired (at seller's discretion) will have a restocking fee of up to but not to exceed 20%. Original shipping will not be refunded. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer.
