>Offered here is an old and original 1993 ORLANDO CUBS minor league baseball pennant!! Please see all five photos as they are an important part of my description, as is the team's history below. This uncommon full-sized vintage baseball pennant for the Orlando Cubs measures approximately 30" x 12", and features flexible white felt with silk-screened red, blue and black graphics and lettering, along with a red felt strip on the pennant's left edge. This attractive minor league pennant was produced by Wincraft in 1993, with their copyright in the lower/left corner of the pennant. This was the very first season for the Orlando Cubs, as they were known for four seasons (1993-96). This Orlando ballclub was a minor league farm team for the Major League Baseball Chicago Cubs, with the pennant's slogan blaring: "On the Road to Wrigley" - an obvious reference to Chicago's Wrigley Field.

This minor league baseball franchise was affiliated with the major league Chicago Cubs, with many Orlando players eventually promoted to the big leagues. >Players included Ozzie Timmons, Mike Grace, John Salles, Doug Glanville, Lance Dickson, Matt Franco and others. The team finished third in the East Division of the Southern League, and were managed by Tommy Jones.
