Vintage Helvetia 17 Jewel 82 A Swiss Watch Military Style 3190 2. It has heavy wears and scratches. Someone in past time welded a metal rod on two lugs. See close pictures. It is a nice shape for that age. The case has been washed and ready to wear. The nylon band is new. The movement runs and sets time.
