• Items are tested and may have minor signs of handling. 

• Packaging may be damaged. 

• Returns will NOT be accepted if serial numbers do not match.

• A restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from refund for ALL items returned for any reason other than DOA (Dead On Arrival)
