This is a lovely vintage pub cottage from the DAVID WINTER Cottages line of collectibles.  This cottage features the GREEN DRAGON PUB.  The David Winter Cottages, as is noted on the box, are hand made and hand painted in the Studios & Workshops of John Hine Ltd.  They are made in Great Britain.  This particular piece comes with it's original box, certificate of authenticity and the Pub's sign post.  It is dated 1983 on both the box and the bottom of the base of the piece.  It measures approximately 3 1/2 inches tall, 3 1/2 inches wide and is about 4 1/2 inches long.  Cottage is in good vintage pre-owned condition. I did not find any nicks, chips or repairs. Comes with original box. Box does show signs of wear consistent with age and years of use/storage. There are a couple of dings to the box as well as missing paper on top. Original owner has added a sticker with the occassion and the date for which it was received.  Please review and enlarge all photos for additional details, views and measurements.
