INSTRUCTION:

1. To activate the hot pack, press and pop the small metal disc.

2. The hot pack will then crystallise and generate heat for up to 30 minutes.

TO RE-USE:

1. Put the hardened hot pack into boiling water and boil for approx. 5- 10 minutes until the crystals have dissolved.

2. Once pack has fully cooled down, you may reuse at any time.

WARNINGS DO NOT USE IN THE MICROWAVE. Liquid in these packs must not be consumed. The liquid content can cause skin or eye infection. If the pack is damaged or leaks, please discard. If the liquid contained inside comes into contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with warm water. If the liquid is swallowed drink water to dilute and consult doctor if necessary.
