In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we\'ll be happy to help. COILOVER SUSPENSION WARRANTY: All coilovers can be adjusted within the TUV certified range. The adjustable range is larger as stated in the TUV certificate. When a coil over is adjusted outside this range they won\'t be covered under warranty. The lowering range stated in the auction isn\'t always the TUV certified range.
Returns
To avoid misunderstandings.Returning an item is of course possible, but !!!!
Before the item is sent back to us or our warehouses, sufficient clear photos must be sent so that we can see that the set is completely undamaged.
The set can also be damaged during transport to our warehouse.
The more often it is sent via a carrier, the greater the chance of damage.
If this the item is damaged, it will of course not be possible to make a full refund.
After all, a returned damaged item cannot be re-sold as new by us..
The credit note is not created with us until the set is approved for the warehouse.
PLEASE NOTE ALL ITEMS MUST BE INSTALLED BY A QUALIFIED MECHANIC AT A REGISTERED GARAGE. FAILURE TO DO THIS WILL INVALIDATE ANY WARRANTY AND RETURNS POLICY.

Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt in line with consumer law. Buyer pays return shipping and any import/customs fees. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in the original packaging. Products showing signs of use, installation, or damage will not be accepted. Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item.
