DOA Guaranty:  At Seller's option, DOA item(s) can be replaced or purchase price(s) refunded.  Return shipping, if requested by Seller, is paid by Seller.  If Seller elects to not have the item(s) returned, Buyer is responsible for disposal. All items are sold As-Is, Where-Is.

Please contact Pristine Sales within 72 hours if (a) purchased item(s) arrive(s) D.O.A. (Dead On Arrival). If D.O.A. status is the result of shipping, the Buyer must make a claim with the shipping agent. At Seller's option, D.O.A. item(s) will be replaced or the purchase price(s) refunded. If the Seller requests a return, the Seller pays return shipping.  If the Seller doesn't want the D.O.A. item(s) returned, the Buyer is responsible for item disposal.  

Warranty: 30 day warranty begins from the date Buyer receives delivery. All items are sold As-Is, Where-Is.  All installations must be done by a Pristine Sales-approved, manufacturer-certified installer. At request of Seller, Buyer will provide documentation of analysis of any warranty-related issues. 

Returns: All sales are final, except the aforementioned D.O.A. and Warranty policies
