Certain photographs from Cannes Film Festival will live forever: Cameron Diaz in a ’90s slip dress, socks and lace-up boots on the beach, Grace Kelly on a yacht in printed trousers, and Princess Diana walking the red carpet in 1987 in a soft blue Catherine Walker gown. The late Princess attended the festival with her then husband Prince Charles in a tulle strapless dress, with a matching chiffon scarf that looped around her neck and billowed out behind her as she walked.
