Return Policy
We offer 30 day return policy on any unopened & unused items. Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns that are used. In case of any defects, please notify us within 24 hours after receiving the item.

Package: We ship discretely. Please be careful when you open the package because the BOWL/STEM is wrapped with the pipe and it might fall out if you don't open the package carefully.
