House of Secrets 8 VG condition. The front cover looks nearly fine as it has good gloss and color. The main defects are a light crease down book at right and light corner creases and 1/2 inch spine tear at bottom of spine, along with rounded corner upper right.. Also, a small hole through book which appears to be a printing error at the top of the book- only the pages are affected-not the covers. Being up so high no art work is affected. There is a couple small chips at top of back cover. There is tanning at the perimeter of the inside front and back covers. The book is quite attractive.
