Hoyt S. Vandenberg, Chief of Staff of the U.S. Air Force, has his name on the reverse side, and it appears that he served in that position between 1948 and 1953.

A name is printed or stamped near the top of the front side.

Document measures approximately 8" x 13".  1 Page (front/back).

Item has been folded.  There is staining from paperclips at the top of the front side.  Item has bowing, creasing, discoloration, and edge tearing.
