Uses 3 single type batteries. There is an external power terminal, but an AC adapter is not included.
Width x depth x height is approx. 22cm x approx. 7cm x approx. 13cm. Apparently it was manufactured in 1968. Everything except the front panel is covered with something like synthetic leather. There are no breaks or fraying in the sewn threads. The body is in good condition considering its age. The inside is the same, and there is no rust on the electrodes, rather they maintain their shine. A plastic battery case is also included (7th photo).

However, although the power is on and reception is possible, I can barely hear it even with the volume turned up to maximum. The front tone switch is defective and does not respond when switched to either L or H. Also, one of the four legs at the bottom of the main unit is missing, so I replaced it with a substitute, but the height is slightly different (5th photo).
