This sleeveless blouse is a dressy polyester fabric. It is ivory white with yellow flowers. It has a crossover front that is sewn closed at the top. The bottom is pleated across the front. I also have this listed in size 1X.

It is a plus size 2X.

It measures 24" from one underarm seam to the other and the length from the top of the shoulder down is 25". The bottom is 26" across.

For a great fit I recommend comparing my measurements to something similar that you have that fits you comfortably.
