EX.  October 18, 1966 - Madison Square Garden.  Program from game between the Knicks and Lakers + signed and inscribed 3 X 5 card.  Despite a monster double/double from Elgin Baylor (31/19), the Knicks managed to pull out a tight 122 - 119 victory behind Willis Reed and Walt Bellamy.  Lakers’ rookie Archie Clark scored 15 points in his second professional game.  Jerry Chambers and Cazzie Russell both made their NBA Debuts in this game. - with neither player seeing much playing time - posting 2 points each.
