Is this phone right for you?


This phone is recommended for moderate to severe hearing loss. If you constantly ask the other person to repeat what they are saying and it is still hard to get through the conversation, this is the phone for you.

Return Policy

Returns will not be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). 

Refused Delivery: It will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by the action of refusing the delivery. Consequently, amount of refund will be issued less 20% restocking fee of the value of the merchandise and less shipping and handling fees both ways. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable with an exception where we have made an error by shipping and incorrect item to the customer.
