Purchase orders and conclusion of the contract

Purchase orders for antiques and collectibles (hereinafter, "Articles") placed for sale on Site must be made by filling out, in all its parts, the appropriate order form that the Salesperson makes available on its own Site. In case of forwarding the order form and payment of the price, the Salesperson will refund the amount already paid.
The conclusion of the sales contract on Site happens when the Customer receives communication via e-mail from the Salesperson of the acceptance of the order.
Upon conclusion of the contract, the Salesperson will send to Customer, by e-mail, a receipt of the purchase order containing a summary of the information already contained in the order form.
Within 5 days of the conclusion of the contract, the Customer must pay the price, as expressly indicated in par. 4.

Acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale

With the transmission of the order form, the Customer unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe, in relations with the Salesperson, the General Conditions of Sale.
With the transmission of the order form the Customer confirms that he knows and accepts the General Conditions of Sale and the additional information contained on the Site, including those relating to privacy and the processing of personal data.

Terms of payment

Right of withdrawal and return methods

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract stipulated with the Salesperson within 10 working days of delivery of theItem, without any penalty and/or need to give any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send within 10 working days from the date of receipt of theItem, by registered mail (at the following address: Claudio Fornasieri SRL, Via Lanino 5 bis/B, 10152 Turin), a communication in which you expressly declare that you wish to withdraw from the sales contract and that you wish to proceed with the return of the purchased goods. in the following 48 hours.
In the case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer must provide - at its own expense - for the return to the Salesperson of the Items purchased goods, sending it to Salesperson within 5 days from the date of exercising the right of withdrawal. The sending must be made to the address of Salesperson as specified above for all types of goods.
In order to make the return, the Articles purchased must arrive at the address indicated above intact, correctly packaged and provided with regular delivery notes. Consequently, they will not be accepted as returns Articles damaged and/or without the relative delivery notes.
The transport costs relating to the return are in any case borne by the Customer.
Shipments paid by the recipient will not be accepted. It is not possible to change theItem or the Articles of order with others. Return shipments made in ways other than those indicated above, which are the only ones authorized, will not be accepted.
once theItem returned has arrived at its destination, the Salesperson will check the legitimacy of the return and, having verified the correctness of the operations, will send to Customer a confirmation email. The sums paid will be re-credited through the system with which the payment was made. The re-credit usually takes place within 5 days.

Guarantees and indication of the prices of the Articles

The essential characteristics of the Articles are presented on Site, within a specific product sheet. The images and colors of the Articles offered for sale on Site however, they may not correspond to the real ones, due to the effect of the Internet browser and monitor used. All dimensions shown are approximate.
Given the nature and the period of realization, the Articles offered for sale, they may show signs of wear, damage, restorations, repairs and other imperfections. In the description of the Articles, with the following expressions they must be understood as wear and tear over time.
References about the state of the Articles contained in the descriptions cannot therefore be considered exhaustive; written status reports Articles are available for a fee for the Customer.
Any indication of the characteristics and status of a Item is given in good faith and with due diligence. The sales prices of the products indicated on the site are expressed in Euros and include VAT. I am in charge of Customer any additional costs due to taxes or fees provided for by the legislation in force in the country of destination of the goods.
