Fully tested and working perfectly! Comes with AC adapter, USB cable, and a partial roll of label tape. The printer has slight discoloration on the outer shell. Printer can run on six AA batteries, or the included AC power adapter. Currently loaded with white tape with red lettering. Not sure how much is left on the roll.
