It has some wear, deflection in panel near mounts, mount is faded, some rust is places and on screws, labels are damaged. 

It spent some time outside it its life. 

You can see in the light up pictures that it has some dirt behind the cover or something. It could be taken apart and clean to probably get rid of the dirt or marks.
