In very good condition. Measurement in photo. Expected wear(see photos). Found no rips or tears, maybe a few marks, but nothing readily noticed(see photos, all sides pictured).  Maybe some wear along edges(see photos). There is crease on cover, and a couple of pages bent a bit. Binding seem fine.
