Wee Patsy "Wee Sophisticate" WP1305 is approximately a 5 1/4" jointed vinyl reissue Patsy family doll that was manufactured by the Effanbee Company circa 2002-on.  Wee Patsy is engaging with her side-glancing eyes, her broad cheeks, and her pout.  Her painted auburn-brown "bob" style hair is adorned with a blue ribbon that has detached from her head and has left glue residue behind.  Wee Patsy wears a blue cotton dress detailed with lace and ribbon shoulder ties, coordinating pantalets, and painted white socks & blue strapped shoes.  Her white socks are irregularly painted along their tops.  Included with Wee Patsy are her jointed tan teddy bear, Effanbee gold foil wrist tag, and box.  Previously owned by an adult collector, Wee Patsy remains in sturdy condition, with light wear, discoloration, and faint spotting on her face from age and storage. As is common with Effanbee reproduction/replica dolls, her stringing, particularly her arms, is loose and may need tightening.  Wee Patsy should pose well on a stand, though.  A cutie!

A side note--Wee Patsy's head is not jointed, but glued to her torso, leaving a fine line of glue residue behind.  Though I cannot be sure, I believe that this is original to this doll.  Please purchase accordingly.
