Goods will be shipped same day or next business day once payment is received in full.

E-cheque payments take 3 - 5 business days to clear and goods will ship once cleared.

All items leave registered to allow us to track your parcel.

Freight company's used are Australia Post.

SURPLUS SALES

Surplus Sales have a 14 day return policy and will accept any return purchase for a refund in new & unused condition.

Packaging must also not be destroyed and not covered in stickers , packaging tape.

Any purchase ordered incorrectly by the customer will result in customer paying freight charges back to us.

If not satisfied with your purchase please contact us to resolve the problem.

Restrictions

The following items cannot be returned, unless there is a Valid Warranty Issue:

Any part that (in our opinion) was used, installed, handled, packaged, or shipped improperly

Custom-ordered or personalized products

Hazardous materials (i.e. batteries, paint, etc.)

Videos, software, or other copyrighted material, after they have been opened

Notes

All returns are subject to inspection and (potentially) a Restocking Fee.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

If your order included any "special offer" or "free parts", they must also be returned or the value may be deducted from your refund.
