If your package arrives damaged by mishandling from the USPS, you will need to go to your local post office and show them the damage so the clerk can file a claim.

If you need help using your item, or if you find the item doesn't work as you think it should, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly at the phone number or website information on the box. I cannot be held responsible for misuse or damage of the item. If you find the hair care you purchased is not working for you, or not up to the specifications you think it should be, contact the manufacturer. I cannot guide you through the process of using your items. Many items sold are still covered under the manufacturer's warranty. However, you must contact them for information.
