This is a beautiful piece of Mayolica Santa Rosa pottery from Guanajuato Mexico.  This artisan pottery features a fruit design with what looks to be mangos and grapes with a couple of leaves at the top.  It is presented on a rich blue background.  It is signed on the back and comes with string in place for easy hanging.  It measures approximately 9 3/4 inches long by 9 3/4 inches high and is on an octogonal base.  It has a round inset center that could be used as a shallow bowl.  Plate is in good pre-owned condition.  There are a few glaze inconsistencies (stray piece of pottery, air bubbles, etc.) present as well as a couple of small nicks to the bottom ring.  There are no additional nicks, chips, cracks or repairs.  Please review and enlarge all photos for additional details, views and measurements.  Shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.
