■Single-Cut AZS Body
Although it is single-cut, it has an original body shape that is comfortable to hold and has a contemporary design. ■Seymour Duncan Lari Basilio pickups
Equipped with a Seymour Duncan pickup developed exclusively for the LB1. Although each product is unique, it was developed with an emphasis on creating an exquisite combination.
The neck pickup is a mix of Alnico 5 and Alnico 4 magnets for a bold vintage tone, and the middle pickup is a mix of Alnico 5 and Alnico 2 magnets, giving you a wide range of tonal options. It expands and at the same time creates a unique look.
The bridge humbucker uses an Alnico 5 magnet for versatile and balanced voicing with an emphasis on attack and clarity across a wide range of tones from clean to high gain. Versatility is essential to the sound Lari is aiming for, and these pickups deliver just that.
■Gotoh T1702B tremolo bridge
Equipped with a T1702B tremolo bridge that uses a brass saddle and inertia block that features a warm, bright tone and good resonance.
With a narrow spacing design of 10.5mm between strings, we pursue the ease of picking across strings required by players who frequently use skipping and hybrid picking.
■dyna-MIX9 switching system with Alter Switch
You can freely switch between humbucker and single coil modes with a single flip of the mini switch, creating a wide variety of sound variations.
With the LB1, the neck and center single coils are wired in series to create nine patterns of sounds, including a sound that simulates a 22F neck humbucker.
■Jumbo Stainless Steel frets with Prestige fret edge treatment
The frets are made of Hv220 stainless steel with a crown height of 2.7mm/width of 1.4mm.
It is well-maintained and features a quick onset of sound, good separation when playing chords, and clear sound when playing notes.
■Super All Access Neck Joint
This is a Super All Access neck joint that achieves high playability by carving a step from the back of the body with a height difference of 8mm, and by finishing the joint with the neck with a spherical surface.
The cutaway on the bass string side is designed to be shallow, and by maximizing the area between the body and neck, it maintains high playability while also achieving both good sustain and resonance.
