NOTE: I once worked with the drummer of this band when I worked for an Australian company for a short time. Great guy. They were seriously being courted by record labels back home. This CD was made pretty hastily to have something for the labels (To my understanding). Not sure there were many of these pressed.

I was the singer for the metal band 'Comatose' back in the 1990s and many of my items came from my years in the industry or from my job at a local record store in SoCal. If it is a PROMO, most likely it was a 'pre-release' 1st run copy as those would be sent out early to do promotion in store.
