This is a Womans Plus size 3XL. It measures 24" across from one underarm area to the other, the bottom measures 29 1/2" across, the sleeves measure 21" along the underarm seam, and the length is 29".

For a great fit I recommend comparing my measurements to something similar that you have that fits you comfortably.
