●Q: What is the difference between DAC8562 and DAC8563?
●A: DAC8562 reset output level is 0, DAC8563 reset output level 1/2 output range ( Mid-scale ).
●Q: How are the unipolar/bipolar outputs set?
●A: The DAC8562/3 are unipolar outputs. Setting unipolar/bipolar is done by changing the reference level of the output differential amplifier.
Select between 0 and 1/2 output range.
Q: How do I set the output to unipolar and need 16Bit resolution?
●Answer:Change the reference level of the differential amplifier to 0, and change the amplification of the differential amplifier to 2x. ( Please refer to the application module schematic)
Q: What is the operating current of DAC8562/3 module?
A: When the supply voltage is 3.3V, it needs to provide 180mA peak current and 140mA average current.
