Packages mailed to Illinois addresses will be charged Illinois sales tax. Items paid by Paypal can only be mailed to the address provided by Paypal payment. SHIPPING TIME I try to ship no later than the next business day. Sometimes I manage to ship on the same day payment is received. Occasionally, I am out of town on Fridays or Mondays. Packages that will be traveling by FedEx Ground or UPS may take an extra day to get shipped as I am not close to their drop-off location.
