This is Playmates Transporter Series Star Trek Captain James Kirk from the Original Series. 

It is collectors number 004942.

The figure itself and box in which it came in is MINT with some slight shelf wear, some slight damage where it says "Beam Me Up Scotty", some damage near near "test hole", a slight bend near the hanger (see images). 

The Batteries were removed to prevent ACID DAMAGE. The Battery Cover was slightly damaged in this process since the retaining screw was stripped at the factory. The cover does fit and is snug. That being said, it was tested with new batteries and WORKS!
