We are a liquidation company. When some people hear the word "liquidation", they think of faulty or broken items. While this is a part of liquidation, it is a very small part. There are other reasons for returns that do not include a faulty product, such as being accidentally ordered, no longer needed, the description on the website was not accurate, the wrong item was sent to the customer, or some parts were missing.

Other reasons products end up in liquidation could be that the product never even made it to the customer in the first place. This can happen because of an incorrect address, the customer refused to receive it, or the product or box became damaged during shipping and could not be delivered to the customer. In other cases, the company simply decided to liquidate their last remaining inventory to get it off their books and stop paying the expense to keep that sales channel open. Most of the time, liquidated products are not damaged at all.

What ever the reason the product ended up in liquidation, our team inspects the item to make sure it is in good working condition. We do our best to disclose the condition of the item and the packaging in our advertisements. Our goal is to give our customers access to these high quality products that can be hundreds of dollars off the normal retail price and still in new condition.

• 30-Day Warranty:  All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping. If possible, they are tested as well. Unless otherwise stated in the eBay advertisement, our items should be expected to be free of factory defects, missing parts, or any undisclosed damage. All products should function as intended by the original manufacturer. This warranty does not include damage that results from improper use or usage not recommended by the manufacturer. This warranty does not cover damage that occurs from improper installation of the product. If you have additional requirements or require an expidited service, please contact us before the sale. • Shipping Quote: If you are purchasing an item that needs to be shipped through freight and are looking for a freight shipping quote, you can get one from FreightCenter or FreightQuote. Both sites are free but do require you to setup and account to receive the quote.
• Recieving a Delivery:  All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping from our store. Nothing should arrive broken or damaged unless otherwise disclosed in our eBay advertisement. Please follow these tips when receiving a delivery:
  • Please inspect your delivered items thoroughly before signing for it.
  • Look for damage to the product or the packaging. If you see damage to the packaging, ask the driver if you can open the box before accepting the package to see if there is any damage to the product. 
  • If there is damage that you were not expecting, do not accept the delivery. Tell the driver that you will not sign for it because of the damage. You are not required to accept a delivery if it is damaged. 
  • Do NOT accept any delivery that you are planning on returning. If you do accept delivery for a damaged item, it makes it harder for you and harder on us to give you a refund. It's best to leave yourself out of this type of situation so you are not charged in the first place.
• Return Policy:  Please verify the color, dimensions, features and style of the appliance before purchasing. Items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for shipping costs. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original undamaged and unopened packaging to receive a full refund. If the product is returned not in the original packaging, was installed, used, or was damaged, you may be subject to charges.
