Item is in antique condition.  It has discoloration, chipping, scuffs, and staining to the outer covers.  There is a lean to the binding, and overall, the binding is in fragile shape.  Some pages may be loose.  There is staining to the covers and to interior pages.  There is a stain that seemingly begins around page 249 and continues in the top corners area throughout the remainder of the book.  There may be edge tearing and/or turned corners.  All content is readable.
