Instructions for use:
  • Lubricate the cylinder & the intended area as well.
  • Slowly begin to work the pump. there will be a slight pressure on your skin as air is draw from the tube. For beginners, it is important to star this process slowly to avoid discomfort. Remember to press the safely release valve if the pressure becomes too severe.
  • Continue pumping/releasing air until you've fond a level of pressure suitable you.
