Gambiered silk, also called mud silk, is the silk of highest quality. Each piece is unique; no two look exactly the same! It is dyed using natural plant ingredients. The process requires specific weather condition and take several months to complete. The fabric is medium to heavy weight.

PLEASE NOTE: because the dying process is lengthy and manually done, slight variation in color exists on the fabric, especially on the back of the fabric. I have taken multiple photos. Please check the photos carefully. Because of the increased eBay fees and the pandemic, I can not take any returns. Thank you so much for your understanding.
