Send us your gear selector and if it arrives before 1pm, we will repair it and dispatch it the same day (Royal Mail collect each morning)

You pay the postage cost to send to us, we pay the return postage.

NO FIX, NO FEE: If your unit cannot be repaired then we will refund your payment, minus postage.

Here is how it works:

1) Use the 'Buy It Now' option on ebay and make your payment.

2) We will then send you a link to an online form to register your device for repair.

3) Send your device to the address that will also be on the form we send you.

That's it, we will do the rest!

Once we receive your device, we will repair and return the device to you all included within the buy it now price.

How 'NO FIX, NO FEE' works:

Payment is required before repair.
If the device is not repairable then we will notify you and return the device and issue a refund (minus the return postage cost).

After a successful repair we will test your unit and if the unit turns on,
rises and selects gears then it is classed as a FIX.

Note: We video all units post repair as proof of fix.

3 YEAR WARRANTY – This covers any repair work we carry out, it does not cover other faults or wear and tear. Buyer will cover ALL postage for warranty repairs.
