Rustins Quick Dry Heat Resistant Black Decorative Paint Use on Wood Metal

Rustins Quick Dry Heat Resistant Black Paint is a high quality water-borne, cross-linking acrylic resin. It is a low VOC paint for use on metal and wood and on both exterior and interior surfaces. Clean brushes in water. Matt Finish. (NOT FOR USE ON WOOD BURNING STOVES). 

Type: A dense black matt paint based on water borne self cross-linking acrylic resin. Intended Use: For use on metal and wood for interior and exterior applications. Not for use on wood burning stoves. Special Features: Heat resistant to 220°C. Quick drying. Excellent covering power. 

Size: 250ml  / 500ml

Coverage: Approximately 12-14m² per litre, 1 coat, depending on the absorbency of the surface.

Usage Instructions: 

Preparation: Surfaces to be coated must be clean, dry and free from wax, grease and contaminants. Remove any flaking paint with Rustins Strypit Paint and Varnish Stripper. Remove rust with Rustins Rust Remover and then apply Rustins Red Oxide Primer. If applying to bare wood then apply Rustins Quick Dry Primer and Undercoat. Compatibility: May be applied over solvent and acrylic paint. 

Application: Stir before use. Apply liberally and evenly with synthetic fibre brush or roller. Settlement: STIR WELL BEFORE USE.  Ensure any sediment is thoroughly mixed in. 

Clean Up: Clean brushes and hands immediately after use with water. If dried on, clean equipment and brushes with either Rustin's Brush Restorer or Rustins Strypit Paint and Varnish Stripper.
