Discovered this pocket-sized 1956 planner and calendar inside the dumbwaiter of an 1853 farmhouse. The leather covers and paper pages are in very good condition, with no marks or tears. Made by Geiger of Lewiston, Maine. The planner is undated, but has space for appointments and notes from January to December 1956. A unique and collectible item that would be a great addition to any vintage ephemera collection. Planner is 3 inches wide by 4 inches tall. The leather cover is black and has a gold-plated "1956". Inside, the planner is lined with cream-colored paper and has a monthly calendar for each month of 1956. This is a great example of mid-century American ephemera and a well-made, functional item that would be a great addition to any collection.
