The Astro 78835 Exhaust Pipe Stretcher Kit is used for expanding mild steel exhaust pipes to make perfect exhaust seals with smaller diameter piping. The 28mm included in this kit drives the tool and the collet sets expand pipes from 1-5/18” to 4-1/4”.
