Mens' size from toe to base: 17.5cm from toe to base. Widest point across the sole area: 12.5cm

Ladies' size from toe to base: 16.5cm. Widest point across the sole area: 11cm

Place the new sole on to the shoe and draw around the edge of the shoe sole to create a template then cut to size.

Roughen up the old sole, ensuring that all original finish is removed then apply a thin layer of adhesive to the shoe and the new sole.

Once the adhesive is tacky (part dried and slightly sticky) place the new sole onto the shoe, and using heavy hand pressure, press the sole firmly down, all the way round and especially at the edges, making sure there are no air bubbles.
