⚠️ IMPORTANT — Safety & Setup Instructions
1. Initial Setup Fill reservoir with #46 hydraulic oil before first use. Oil level should be approximately 30mm below the tank opening. ⛔ DO NOT start the machine before adding hydraulic oil.
2. Power Connection Ensure proper electrical connection to 110V/60Hz power source.
3. Temperature Monitoring Monitor tank and motor temperature during operation. If overheating occurs, ⛔ STOP operation and allow cooling before resuming.
4. Micrometer Adjustment Use the micrometer to set your desired crimping dimension. The machine will automatically stop when the preset size is reached.
5. Ventilation ⭕ Loosen the oil filler nut during operation to allow air circulation. 🔒 Tighten securely after use.
6. Operation Controls • ▲ UP button — Closes the dies • ▼ DOWN button — Opens the dies
