Warranty Information:
Citizen watches are covered by our own 2 year watch movement warranty (critical failure of the movement) with the warranty booklet stamped and dated on the day of posting.
The warranty does not cover, servicing, batteries straps (including clasp) glass, scratches arising from accidental damage or normal wear or from any alterations or from water damage arising from miss use.

The photos in the listing are taken from one of the actual watches in stock and are not standard stock images. Please Note: Returns are accepted within the 14 day returns period (30 days for GSP customers) but please read the full terms and conditions as used watches are not accepted.

PACKAGING:
Your watch is carefully and securely packed in its actual watch box. The watch box is further secured in a strong non-collapsing cardboard box with layers of impact-proof bubble wrap before shipping.

RETURNS

For complete peace of mind we offer a 30 day return policy where you can return the item in the same brand new unworn condition either for a refund or an exchange. Return postage charges are at the expense of the buyer. If the item you receive is faulty you will be offered a replacement or refund. After the 30 day period you will only be offered a repair, if we are unable to repair the item you will have the options for a refund excluding any postage cost
